2025 CLAAS Jaguar 900 950
Maximum output. With a unique overall concept for high throughput capacity with low diesel consumption, excellent rider assistance systems and a wide range of corncracker rollers, including patented SHREDLAGE® technology, the JAGUAR 900-series forage harvester models are the reliable choice for bringing in your harvest.
Features may include:
The heart of the CLAAS JAGUAR 900.The new V-FLEX chopping cylinder for the CLAAS JAGUAR 900 forage harvester offers outstanding cutting and chopping quality, flexibility, convenience, and reliability.
Enhanced kernal processing.Detailed improvements to the corncracker have been made to meet the requirements of the harvesting process better and make work more efficient and convenient. Again, feedback from our customers has proved to be extremely important and helpful. Increased speed difference for more intensive kernel processing. One of the improvements concerns the MULTI CROP CRACKER (MCC) speed difference, which has now been increased from 30 to 40%. This applies to both the MCC CLASSIC and the MCC MAX. This increase ensures even more intensive kernel processing. The change is particularly beneficial for farms with biogas plants or silage production for dairy cattle and bull finishing. With new fine-toothed rollers for special requirements, very fine-toothed rollers are also available from CLAAS Service & Parts for the MCC CLASSIC. These are particularly suitable for processing very small kernels, such as those found in sorghum. This innovation enables optimized kernel conditioning even with fine-grained crops, helping to increase efficiency and quality in the harvest. Simplified maintenance and improved accessibility enhance maintenance accessibility. The maintenance area now offers more space for lifting in and out of the corn cracker, thereby making maintenance easier.
Innovation meets ease of use. With AUTO FILL and its advanced features, your work is not only more efficient but also more convenient. The ability to change forage wagons while AUTO FILL is discharging means you can easily change forage wagons on the move—significantly reducing your workload. By double-clicking on the AUTO FILL start button, the discharge flap opens at a pre-set angle, precisely directing the crop flow to the empty forage wagon driving alongside. AUTO FILL remains in standby mode and is reactivated when the camera no longer detects the full wagon. When discharging from the side, the AUTO FILL screen displays the point of impact of the crop stream in a virtual format. This gives you maximum visibility of the filling process.
Designed for the toughest environments.CLAAS has equipped the JAGUAR 900 with a new, even more robust rear axle with flexible track widening and convenient four-wheel drive. A notable highlight of the new rear axle is the ability to increase the track width of the steering and steer drive axles using spacers. This feature is particularly useful in countries where row widths vary—such as in ridge and furrow irrigation. For added convenience, four-wheel drive can be engaged and disengaged depending on the load. The POWER TRAC system—which provides full tractive effort when needed in field operation—can be activated at the touch of a button. Sensitive potentiometers are mounted in a protected position in the steering axle for increased operational reliability and extended service life.
Wider covering net and new intake auger.A new covering net prevents losses and keeps dust out of the field of vision thanks to the wide covering. This not only ensures a cleaner working environment but also increases operational stability. Less dirt on the JAGUAR 's radiator screen means less cleaning and a safer operating time. Constant crop flow increases harvesting efficiency.
